We are a specialist in delivering whole treatment system approaches across cities and county areas, which has led to the reduction in people falling through gaps between services and delivers improved outcomes.nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Recovery Practitioner - Alcohol Rural Development Lead to join Inspire, a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment and recovery services in West Northamptonshire. As part of the Advanced Recovery Practitioner role, you will be involved in leading on specific pathways to enhance delivery of services to support individuals and our communities.nThe salary scale for our Advanced Recovery Practitioner roles is between 29,244 - 33,880. rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to 33,880 per year. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).nYou will have opportunities to progress your career with a structured learning journey and clearly defined career pathways that will enable you to achieve your long-term goals and work to your strengths.nWhether you are looking to progress into a management and leadership role or to be a specialist in your field at Turning point we will support and encourage you on your career journey.n n n n Role Responsibilityn Carry a designated caseload of service users with complex needs that may include one of the following: mental health, long term conditions, criminal justice, offending behaviour, homelessness, motivational interviewing, safeguarding, family work.n Conduct assessments of need and risk assessments and formulate risk management plans and recovery plans that recognise the personal recovery goals of the service user;n Effective partnership working with members of any multi-disciplinary team and other agencies and coordinate multiagency meetings when appropriate.n Deliver interventions that are underpinned by strong evidence base.n Participate in clinical meetings and complex case meetings and be confident and competent at presenting cases orally and through written reports.n Support the learning and development of Recovery Workers and Trainee Recovery Workers, providing specialist input into multi-disciplinary Meetings.n Provide mentoring and coaching to staff to support their development, learning and standards of care.n Being known as a knowledgeable in a designated specialism within the service (e.g. substance use and mental health, Homelessness/complex needs, domestic abuse, mental capacity).n Ensuring achievement of key performance indicators relevant to your role.n Delivering internal learning events and representing Turning Point nationally if required in your specialist area.n n n n The Ideal Candidaten Essential:nnExceptional report writing and case notesnDemonstrable experience in working within asubstance use treatment and recovery settingnSpecialist interest depth knowledge of one or more complexities alongside substance use.
