This role is ideal for a proven recruiter with a strong sales mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and has a passion for building relationships and delivering results.You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships while consistently delivering high-quality commercial candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & DeliveryManage the full 360 recruitment process from business development through to candidate placementSource, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a range of commercial rolesWrite and advertise job vacancies across multiple platformsMaintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure excellent candidate care throughout the processConduct reference checks and ensure compliance with recruitment legislation and company policiesSales & Business DevelopmentProactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial sectorBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsConduct client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutionsNegotiate terms of business, fees, and offersAchieve and exceed individual and team sales targetsAccount ManagementManage and grow existing client accounts through excellent service deliveryAct as a trusted recruitment partner, offering market insight and adviceEnsure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat businessAdministration & ComplianceMaintain accurate records on the CRM systemEnsure all recruitment activity is compliant with employment legislation and internal processesProvide regular updates and reports to managementKey RequirementsProven experience working as a Recruitment Consultant (commercial sector xjdpvnf experience preferred)Demonstrable sales experience with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong relationship-building and account management abilitiesHighly organised with strong time-management skillsResilient, self-motivated, and results-drivenAbility to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environmentFull UK driving licence preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive salary of 28,000 35,000 (DOE)Very competitive, uncapped bonus structureClear career progression and development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative team environmentOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunity to work with a well-established and reputable recruitment brand
