Vogue Future Living Limited is a modern forward-thinking organisation that provides care and support to younger adults with learning needs and disabilities within their own homes within a complex of self-contained flats. Due to continued growth and expansion, we are currently recruiting for Registered Managers to work in our Domiciliary Service Provision across several locations within Northamptonshire.Remember to check your CV before applying Also, ensure you read through all the requirements related to this role.Candidates must possess a relevant Health and Social Care Diploma (or equivalent) at level 4 and ideally have or be working towards RMA Level 5 or above. Prospective candidates must have at least 3 years experience in a similar position and be able to work flexibly and hold a full clean UK Drivers License.You should be able to demonstrate competence and understanding of CQC Regulatory Requirements, be quality driven, have strong literacy, communication and computer skills and have the knowledge and experience to effectively manage staff teams.Candidates will be expected to participate at corporate and company events throughout the year and may involve travel abroad.This is a full-time salaried position; salary will be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.The renumeration package includes company pension scheme and fully paid holiday entitlements along with the chance to work in Northamptonshires leading care provider.If you feel you can meet these requirements and would like to work in a modern, enthusiastic organisation where you can experience our unique approach to service provision, we would like to hear from you.Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage all aspects of the home care agency- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care- Supervise and support a team of caregivers and other staff members- Conduct regular assessments of clients' needs and develop care plans- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide appropriate medical care- Provide medication administration and ensure proper documentation- Monitor the overall well-being and safety of clients- Maintain accurate records and documentationQualifications:- Must be a Registered Manager with relevant qualifications and certifications- Previous experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting is required- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in the home care industry- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectivelyAs a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients.
