QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCEEssential:Time served grinder either in a shipyard or similar field activity where refit work was undertaken. Knowledge and compliance of work place safety. Work execution independently according to valid instructions, rules and other standards. Flexible cooperation with other team-members. DesirableUnderstanding of engineered drawings and technical documents. Key Interpersonal/Behavioral Skills:Ability to establish an appropriate course of action for self and/or others to accomplish a goal. Effectiveness in identifying possible problems for upward reporting/investigation. Ability to express ideas or facts in a clear manner. Professional and pro-active work ethic.
