Their commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer satisfaction drives everything they do.They’re now looking for two results-driven Senior Buyers to join our dynamic team and help them secure the materials and partnerships that keep their supply chain moving.As a Senior Buyer, you will play a key role in sourcing raw materials, packaging, and services essential to our production processes. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cost savings, quality improvements, and supply continuity, all while supporting our sustainability and innovation goals.Role & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and cost-effectivenessNegotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to maximize value for the businessSupport strategic sourcing initiatives, market analysis, and supplier risk assessmentsMonitor and report procurement KPIs, savings, and supplier performance.Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations to support new product developmentEnsure procurement activities align with company policies and sustainability goalsExperience & Requirements 3+ years’ experience in procurement or supply chainExperience within FMCG or Manufacturing sectors (preferable not essential)Strong negotiation and analytical skillsProficiency in procurement or ERP systems, ideally SAPSolid understanding of sourcing, contracting, and supplier managementAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
