Were working with a leading M&E contractor on an exciting opportunity based on a high-profile healthcare site in Northallerton The Role: You will be responsible for overseeing the installation and coordination of mechanical systems including: Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)Solar PVDistrict/Communal Heat NetworksEnvironment: This project is set within alive healthcare environment , so experience working on healthcare-related projects or in a live environment is highly desirable. You will ensure works are completed safely, to spec, and within programme timelines. Key Responsibilities: Site management of all mechanical worksCoordination of subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring compliance with health 'safety and site regulationsProgress reporting to the Project ManagerQuality assurance and snaggingRequirements: Proven experience as a Mechanical Site ManagerBackground in renewable energy or low-carbon projects (ASHP, solar, heat networks)Strong leadership and coordination skillsExperience in healthcare or live environments (preferred)Experience working in a live environment (essential)SMSTS, CSCS, and relevant H&S certificationsStart Date: July 2025Ongoing contract with strong potential for extensionTPBN1_UKTJ
