Job Description Senior HR Business Partner12 Month FTC - To start end of March/beginning of AprilNorth Yorkshire - HybridElevation HR are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month FTC to support manufacturing operations.This is a strategic, high-impact role in a heavily unionised environment. A critical part of the position is leading complex Industrial Relations activity. You must have proven, hands-on experience managing and driving Trade Union negotiations at a senior level. What youll be doing:Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders and executive teams, aligning HR strategy to business objectivesLeading Industrial Relations strategy and day-to-day activity across manufacturingDriving complex Trade Union negotiations, consultations and bargaining discussionsManaging organisational change and ensuring strong engagement throughoutInfluencing and constructively challenging senior stakeholders to improve performance and cultureLine managing and developing a HR Business PartnerWhat were looking for:Significant HR experience in a manufacturing or operational environmentDeep Industrial Relations expertise, with a strong track record of high-stakes union negotiations and dispute resolution (essential)Experience delivering strategic change initiativesStrong stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skillsConfident presenting at senior and executive levelCIPD qualified (or equivalent) with up-to-date UK employment law knowledgeComfortable using data and digital tools to inform decision-makingIf this sounds like you then do get in contact today!
