Quantity Surveyor - Preston

Are you looking to learn more about cost management and quantity surveying than purely the delivery stage of a project? Im recruiting for a growing developer with a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and residential projects ranging from 1m to 20m. Theyre looking for someone to take ownership of the commercial delivery phase, ensuring projects stay on track financially and contractually. Given they are self-delivering youll be able to learn all about the cost process from land acquisition through to hand over, a very rare opportunity indeed. What youll do: Procure subcontractor packages and materials Manage JCT Design & Build contracts, variations, and payments Monitor costs, produce reports, and close out final accounts Visit sites as needed, but remain office-based in Preston What youll bring: Experience in design & build delivery Quantity Surveying degree (ideally!)
