What Youll Be Doing Youll be responsible for the full lifecycle of project delivery, from safety and programme management to commercial performance and team leadership. Your role will include: Managing project teams to ensure safe, profitable, and timely delivery Overseeing engineering feasibility, buildability, and value engineering Leading client engagement and ensuring satisfaction Supporting pre-construction activities and contributing to tenders Driving commercial success and maintaining robust project records Mentoring and developing your team to deliver high standards Youll bring extensive knowledge of modern construction methods, industry regulations, and health and safety practices. Youll be confident in managing large teams, making strategic decisions, and building strong relationships with clients and consultants. Were looking for someone with significant experience leading project teams within a construction, Structures or Civils business, with a proven track record across all aspects of project management. Youll be a collaborative leader with strong commercial awareness and the ability to drive results.
