Maintenance & Engineering Project Manager - Taw Valley

Are you an experienced Project Engineering specialist ready to step into a complex and growing fastpaced environment? Are you able to take the lead as project manager driving capital engineeringprojects & improvements, typically up to a value of £50k-£2M, and supporting central teams with largerprojects. If so, our Taw Valley Creamery has the opportunity for you. This is especially exciting as the creamery is undergoing a major transformation, thanks to a £180 millioninvestment. The work pattern for this role is Mon – Fri, 37.5 hours per week.How You Will Make An ImpactThe Engineering Project Specialist is responsible for structured delivery of capital projects, thereforeexperience of mechanical, electrical and automated systems is vital.Working with wider site and external teams to provide and deliver solutions that meet the expectations ofstakeholders and defined project scopes.Support the engineering team on complex issues and trouble shooting.Chair Capex meetings with structured communication and stakeholder engagement/management,utilising Arla project management process and procedures.Manage the annual Capex cycle and present proposals to stakeholders.What Will Make You SuccessfulStrong experience and understanding of mechanical, electrical and automated manufacturing systemswith broad knowledge with Lean principles and SAP/OEE. Preferably will hold an Engineering Degree or equivalent along with Prince 2, APM, Agile projectmanagement or similar certification.
