Typical day as a Lead Support Worker Create customer support plans and coordinate Support Workers Assist with daily living (meals, shopping, budgeting, tenancy, moving to independence) Carry out risk assessments, planning, goal setting and reviews Build relationships through regular chats and collaboration with colleagues Youll go home each day knowing that you have helped change our customers lives for the better, here, working for one of the top ten Great Place to Work in the UK! About you Passionate about supporting customers to live their best life, with attention to detail Experienced in creating person-centred support plans, guiding colleagues, and coordinating referrals Able to work independently, stay calm under pressure, and show resilience Confident using technology for plans, online learning and teamwork Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that Occasionally our customers' needs mean your start and finish times may change.
