To manage and maintain export records and documentation for all shipments alongside our ERP system and ensure compliance to regulatory requirements. To provide documentation to external customs consultants to facilitate compliance checks and audits. To maintain a spreadsheet tracking all export shipments and supporting documentation. To support with any export amendment requests, licensing or tariff processes. To provide admin support for wider business requests regarding export compliance and shipments.This job description provides a comprehensive overview of the main responsibilities expected in this role. However, it is not an all-encompassing list and may be updated in the future to reflect changing role requirements and business needs.Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesPrevious experience within warehousing, transport or logistics Knowledge of customs export procedures Knowledge of INCOTERMS, commodity codes and commercial invoices Strong organisational skills and time management Attention to detail Proactive, can work on own initiative Able to work to deadlines Excellent customer service skills, verbal and written communication.
