Are you ready to build a career in National Account Management within a global consumer brand?Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Do you enjoy developing customer relationships while spotting opportunities to drive growth and add commercial value?Looking for a role where you can turn data and insight into action while supporting key retail accounts?Macgregor Black are partnering with a market-leading equipment brand, on the search for a Junior National Account Manager.As a Junior National Account Manager, you will support the management and development of key retail and distribution accounts, playing an important role in driving revenue growth and strengthening customer relationships.You will act as a key point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a high standard of service while identifying opportunities to expand commercial partnerships. Working closely with internal teams, you will help deliver effective account strategies aligned with wider business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customersAct as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communicationAddress client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfactionDevelop a strong understanding of customer businesses, including their goals, challenges and market dynamicsSupport the creation and execution of strategic account plansIdentify opportunities for new business, as well as upselling and cross-selling within existing accountsDrive account growth by identifying and pursuing new revenue opportunitiesWork towards and support the achievement of sales targets and overall business profitabilityCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product and customer support teamsCommunicate customer feedback and insights to internal stakeholdersUse data and analytics to monitor account performance and identify actionable insightsPrepare reports on account status, forecasts and performance metricsStay informed on industry trends, market developments and competitor activityWhat Were xjdpvnf Looking For:Previous experience in sales, account management or a commercial roleA strong interest in developing a career in national account managementCommercial awareness, with an understanding of sales performance and customer growthConfident communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and solutions-focused mindsetAbility to analyse data and translate insights into actionStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA collaborative approach, with the confidence to work both independently and as part of a teamFor more information, please contact Lewis Millican.
