Job Description Erector/Site InstallerLanarkshireNine Twenty Engineering and Manufacturing are working with a leading fabrication company specialising in structural steel for a variety of sectors, to find an experienced Plater/Fabricator to join the team in Lanarkshire.ResponsibilitiesInstall secondary steel structures in accordance with drawings and specificationsFit and secure flooring systems, handrails, and associated componentsEnsure all installations meet quality and safety standardsWork effectively as part of a site team to meet project deadlinesMaintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environmentRequirementsProven experience as a steel erector, structural installer, or similar role in construction.Experience working with cranes, lifting equipment, and rigging operations.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and steelwork plans.Familiarity with bolting, welding, and alignment procedures.High school diploma or equivalent (essential).NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Steel Erecting, Structural Steelwork, or a related construction trade (preferred).Valid CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).CPCS, NPORS, or other relevant plant/lifting operation certificates (advantageous).Working at Height and Manual Handling certifications (preferred).
