As Senior Retention CRM Executive You will: Develop, launch and optimise full lifecycle journeys: onboarding, nurture, win-back, loyalty and more. Turn customer insights into impactful, measurable retention strategies that drive LTV. Build and manage trigger-based automations across email, SMS and direct mail. Own relationships with key partners (including Wunderkind) maximising performance of abandon and catalogue campaigns. Champion personalisation collaborating with creative teams to ensure journeys feel meaningful, seamless and brand-aligned. Oversee campaign logic, triggers and data feeds within our ESP (ideally Bloomreach). What you ll bring Were looking for someone who is equal parts analytical, creative and commercially sharp someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and loves pushing boundaries. Youll be great in this role if you have: Proven CRM experience in retail, fashion or a similar fast-moving sector. A strong track record building multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using ESP/CRM platforms (Bloomreach experience = big plus!). Confidence working with segmentation, customer insights and test-and-learn frameworks. A commercial mindset understanding what drives per buyer, retention and purchase frequency.
