Freelance Building Surveyor (Outside IR35)

Location: North West London Duration: Approx. 2 weeks Start Date: 1st December 2025 Rate: 300-350 per day (LTD Company, Outside IR35) Were looking for an experienced Freelance Building Surveyor to support a fabric condition survey programme on a hospital site in North West London . Role Overview: You will carry out detailed fabric condition surveys across the hospital estate, recording findings on a tablet device using digital survey software. The work will involve assessing the condition of building elements, identifying defects, and providing accurate, consistent data for reporting purposes. Requirements: Previous experience delivering fabric condition surveys Confident using tablet-based data collection software Strong understanding of building fabric, materials, and defects Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and efficiently Enhanced DBS (within the last 3 years) essential for hospital access Key Details: Start date: 1st December 2025 Duration: Approximately 2 weeks Rate: 350/day (LTD company, Outside IR35 ) Location: North West London (hospital site) All survey templates, access, and software training provided If youre an experienced surveyor available in December and hold a current enhanced DBS, please get in touch.
