Industry: High-end commercial cleaning & facilities servicesAn award-winning service provider is seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to organise and manage nationwide mobile teams and specialist services. This role is fast-paced and requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, subcontractors, and clients. Key Responsibilities Plan and publish daily/weekly job schedules using CRM/scheduling software. Coordinate one-off and variable jobs for multiple teams nationwide. Manage stock levels, equipment tracking, and deliveries. Liaise with subcontractors and ensure timely job completion. Handle client calls, emails, and service updates. Produce scheduling and performance reports as required. About You Previous experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or coordination. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Confident using CRM or job scheduling systems. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
