Brook Street Recruitment is working with our Belfast-based client to recruit a commercially driven Account Development Manager to join their growing Northern Ireland team.Considering applying for this job Do not delay, scroll down and make your application as soon as possible to avoid missing out.This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys developing existing accounts, identifying growth opportunities and building long-term partnerships with clients.The role focuses on expanding Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) contracts, identifying additional works and supporting compliance-driven upgrades across an established client base.Rather than purely transactional sales, this role is about consultative selling, account growth and long-term client partnerships.What You'll Be DoingAccount DevelopmentBuild strong, trusted relationships with an established client portfolioIdentify opportunities to expand services within existing accountsConduct proactive account reviews and client site visitsIntroduce additional compliance-driven services where appropriateGrowing PPM ContractsDevelop new maintenance relationships across target sectorsSupport the transition of installation projects into long-term maintenance agreementsAdditional Works & ProjectsIdentify and scope additional works opportunities within client sitesPrepare proposals and present solutions to clientsCollaborate with operational teams to ensure solutions are practical and deliverableClient EngagementLead consultative conversations around service improvementsEnsure clients are aware of the full range of services availableMaintain strong relationships to support long-term retention and growthPipeline DevelopmentManage opportunities and sales activity through CRMMaintain regular follow-ups and momentum on proposalsWork closely with marketing and internal teams to generate new opportunitiesTarget SectorsYou'll work with organisations across sectors including:Facilities ManagementProperty ManagementManufacturingSupport & ResourcesYou'll be fully supported with the tools needed to succeed, including:An experienced operational delivery teamTechnical specialistsStructured on boarding and trainingMarketing support and lead generationCRM systems and account insightsPre-qualified leads and defined account listsThe business also regularly attends industry conferences, exhibitions and networking events, and you'll be encouraged to represent the company and build your professional network.About YouWe're looking for someone who is commercially aware, relationship-driven and confident in developing service-based sales opportunities.Ideally, you will have:At least 3 year's experience within the Fire & Security industry (preferred)Experience selling service contracts or maintenance solutionsA consultative sales approach within technical or compliance-led environmentsExperience identifying and pricing additional works or upgrade projectsThe ability to manage both existing accounts and new opportunitiesStrong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skillsConfidence engaging with Facilities Management and Property Management stakeholdersA professional presence on LinkedIn and industry networking platformsCandidates with strong service sales experience in related technical sectors will also be considered.Salary & BenefitsBasic salary: 30,000 - 35,000 (depending on experience)OTE: 55,000+Uncapped commission - high performers can exceed targetsStructured onboarding and ongoing developmentOpportunity to build a long-term career within a growing businessInterested? xjdpvnf Please submit your CV via the Apply link to Colleen Farquharson to be consideredBrook Street NMR is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
