Account Executive

As a Commercial Account Executive in our Belfast office you will be responsible for growing and retaining a portfolio of clients. You will be supported by Account Managers, New Business Broker, Contact Manager and dedicated Claims Team. Key Responsibilities Identifying and engaging with new business prospects to produce new clients Overall relationship management and retention responsibility for dedicated client accountsActing as a trusted advisor and business partner for our clientsNetworking with broader Lockton colleagues to collaborate across disciplines to identify added services Maintenance and development of Salesforce recordsSkills required:Previous experience of working within the insurance industryProficient understanding of the relevant classes of businessAbility to identify opportunities for business development and pursue with successAbility to build and maintain good business relationships with clients, insurers and associatesStrong leadership skills and ability to delegate as appropriate Strong presentation skills in both preparation and executionProfessional and tactful negotiation and persuasion skills to achieve objectivesLockton is the world's largest privately held independent insurance brokerage.
