Commercial Property Solicitor

We are working with a leading national firm based in Belfast who are looking for a Solicitor to join their Property team.The Role:The successful candidate will join an experienced and dedicated team, advising on a range of transactional real estate matters. The candidate will support their team in conveyancing, drafting, and negotiating commercial leases and contracts.The candidate will play a key role in advising a variety of clients on complex property issues, including landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and planning.
