Real Estate Solicitor

We are working with a market-leading national law firm who are seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Commercial Property team within their Belfast office.The RoleThe successful candidate will join an innovative Real Estate practice, working on a diverse caseload of commercial property matters. The candidate’s role will see them advise clients, manage commercial property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, as well as drafting and negotiating leases, development, asset management, and ancillary documents.This role will also offer the candidate the opportunity to support clients in energy and infrastructure projects, working on strategic land and renewable energy initiatives. The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to get involved in business development initiatives, while managing client relationships.Essential Criteria:3+ PQE;Strong background in commercial property law and transactions.
