Corporate Solicitor

We are working with a tier-one national law firm based in Belfast who are seeking a Solicitor to join their Corporate department.The Role:The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Corporate team, working across a full range of corporate services, with a particular focus on Mergers & Acquisitions. The candidate’s duties will include supporting clients in corporate transactions, deal execution, joint ventures, post-merger integrations, and corporate governance. The candidate will have the opportunity to work within a market-leading corporate firm, providing full-service support to high-profile international and domestic companies.
