You’ll manage Linux environments, optimize network infrastructure, and support clients across NORAM, EMEA, and APAC.This role combines technical leadership, hands-on administration, and client collaboration — ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy and variety in a global environment.What You’ll DoDeploy, configure, and maintain Linux servers in production and staging environmentsManage network infrastructure and secure remote access (SSH, VPNs, firewalls)Implement and improve server monitoring, maintenance, and automationTroubleshoot system and network performance issuesCollaborate with DevOps and IT teams to support critical systemsDocument infrastructure and mentor team membersParticipate in on-call rotation for system supportWhat You’ll BringAdvanced Linux administration skillsIntermediate to advanced network administration experienceStrong background in server monitoring, maintenance, and automation5–7+ years relevant industry experience in a similar senior roleExcellent communication and client-facing skillsExperience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Ansible is a plusCloud experience (AWS/Azure), scripting (Bash/Python), or containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) desirableWhy BeonicHybrid working – 2–3 days in officeGlobal project exposure and travel opportunities25 days annual leave + 5 personal leave daysPension, private health cover, parental leaveBirthday leave + weekly coffee eventsBeonic values diversity, inclusion, and growth.
