HR GeneralistDue to an internal promotion, Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a global, long-established and highly-innovative business in the recruitment of a HR Generalist to be based in Greater Belfast.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR Generalist to get exposure across the full HR remit in NI, GB and ROI whilst receiving tailored support and a clear progression pathway to becoming a HR Manager.What will you receive?Salary is dependent upon experience16:30 finish each day5% pensionTailored mentorship/support from the COOClear progression pathway to HR ManagerWhat will you do as HR Generalist?Reporting directly to the COO, the HR Generalist will play a key role as a strategic partner to management and employees across NI, ROI and GB. You'll be responsible for the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
