Flexible working hoursHybrid working option after competency Excellent progression opportunities as they grow the team in Belfast Work in newly renovated, stae of the art offices You will;Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand category needs and ensure effective service delivery.Lead sourcing and tendering activities in line with company goals, legislation, and sustainability standards.Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, overseeing performance, contracts, and dispute resolution.Drive procurement improvement initiatives for cost reduction, efficiency, and lead-time optimisation.Present strategies, market insights, and savings analyses to stakeholders.Promote lean practices to eliminate waste and boost efficiency.Conduct market intelligence, monitor trends, and manage supply chain risks with contingency planning.Assess current and potential suppliers to ensure quality, value, and reliability.Identify new markets, products, and processes to support innovation and sustainability.Champion sustainable and efficient solutions to reduce the companies carbon footprint.
