Strategic leader - looking at trends in and gaps in the market. Take full P&L ownership of your specialism Shape sales strategy and set meaningful KPIs (we value quality over call volume) Drive new business development and client acquisition Coach, mentor, and develop your team in a supportive, growth-focused culture Accelerate revenue across temporary, contract, and permanent placements Desired CriteriaA minimum of 3 years in agency recruitment, in a 360 or recruitment positionExperience in Engineering, Healthcare, Hospitality, Technology, Construction etc.Managerial experience is preferred, managerial aspirations are essentialStrong work ethic.
