Traffic Management SupervisorAll potential applicants are encouraged to scroll through and read the complete job description before applying.Location: CambridgeSalary: 38,000 per annumContract: Full timeOverviewExperienced, hands-on supervisor to lead depot and traffic management operations, coordinate site delivery, manage teams and contractors, enforce safety and compliance, and support business growth in Highways related services.Key responsibilitiesManage depot operations, vehicle and plant maintenance, logistics and resource allocation.Plan, schedule and coordinate traffic management works and site activities.Supervise, train and develop operatives, contractors and subcontractors.Monitor project progress, costs and compliance with budgets, timelines and specifications.Maintain records for materials, labour, plant and invoicing; support procurement.Enforce health and safety procedures, update traffic management plans and manage change control.Prepare stakeholder reports and resolve operational issues; undertake occasional out-of-hours work.Essential skills and qualificationsProven leadership and people-management experience.Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.Technical knowledge of construction, traffic management and site safety.IT literate with experience managing records and documentation.Full driving licenceM1, M2, M5 preferred.Desired experienceChapter 8 and Red Book familiarity.Plant, vehicle and equipment maintenance knowledge.If you are interested in this role, have any questions or wish to apply, then please send us a copy of your CV.Rob Utilise RecruitmentTPBN1_UKTJ
