We are now looking for a Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our presence in the commercial recruitment market, particularly across Sales Engineers, Business Development Managers, and Regional Sales Managers . This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business, play a key role in supporting our key accounts, and deliver real impact for our clients. What Youll Be Doing Candidate & Client Engagement Build relationships with businesses who already KNOW, LIKE & TRUST Mercury Hampton, through proactive phone-based engagement. Business Development Support Arrange and attend Teams meetings with active clients, alongside the BD team. Delivery Daily sourcing on live roles, consistent outreach to win new business. Collaboration Work closely with the Delivery Manager and wider team to ensure outstanding service across all client accounts. What Were Looking For Experience: At least 2 years recruitment experience, ideally within sales or technical markets. Skills: Strong communicator, commercially minded, proactive, and confident building long-term client relationships. Mindset: Driven, positive, and collaborative a natural fit for Mercury Hamptons high-performance culture. Whats on Offer Earnings: Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE 50,000 120,000).
