Job Title: Spray Painter Location: Durham Contract: Minimum 6 Months Start Date: January 2026 About the Role. We are seeking experienced Spray Painters with proven expertise in rail paint systems . This is a fast-paced environment requiring high-quality work and strong teamwork skills. Perform smart repairs on both interior and exterior surfaces of rail vehicles. Work on or be familiar with a paint process. Deliver high-quality finishes under tight deadlines. Requirements. Time-served or Level 3 qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience with Topcoat paint systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment . Must operate through a Ltd company and hold valid Public Liability Insurance . This role is Outside IR35 . Hours & Pay. Monday Friday: 06:30 18:30 (11.5 hrs paid) 23.60 per hour Saturday Sunday: (If required) 25.60 per hour Additional Information. Contract is Outside IR35 .
