Paralegal – Residential Property

On behalf of our client we are seeking a Property Paralegal who will be assisting the Head of Department in dealing with a mix of matters but predominately Residential Conveyancing.The candidate should have experience of the conveyancing process and be able to undertake a range of tasks including, but not limited, to taking instructions from clients either face to face or over the phone, preparing contract packs, reviewing title papers and search results and liaising with lenders and agents where appropriate.The role would not initially involve handling of any files of your own but there is scope for progression for the right candidateSalary dependent on experience.This firm understands that having dedicated, professional staff is only one key to a successful law firm.
