The firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment with a strong focus on employee development, wellbeing, and flexible working.Your new roleAs the Practice Finance Manager, you will take full ownership of the internal finance operations, leading budgeting and forecasting, managing monthly accounts and yearend processes, and providing financial insight to senior leaders. You will drive process improvements, ensure compliance across payroll, VAT, and statutory reporting, and act as the key point of contact for all financerelated matters.
