Job DescriptionLocation: Newry, Northern Ireland (HQ)Project Type: Data Centre Construction & Power GenerationBenefits Include:Pension SchemeThe Opportunity to travel across EuropeTraining & Development OpportunitiesHealth & Well being initiativesFree Onsite Parking and other additional benefitKey Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules across electrical and engineering contracts.Collaborate with Contracts Managers to define planning rates and key project milestones.Establish logical work sequences, durations, and dependencies for all project activities.Monitor and report on project progress through attendance at programme and stakeholder meetings.Review supplier and subcontractor schedules to ensure alignment with overall project timelines.Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) and resource planning tools to track performance and forecast outcomes.Prepare and implement change controls related to project scope, schedule, and budget allocations.Provide accurate scheduling insights to support internal planning and coordination across teams.Qualification:HNC, HND, or BSc in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.Minimum 3 years' experience in a project planning role within the electrical or engineering sectors.Proven ability to define efficient work sequences and manage activity durations.Strong understanding of scheduling methodologies, planning software, and progress tracking tools.Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders.Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with experience handling multiple concurrent projects.
