Our expertise includes, but is not limited to, IT Networking and Security, Datacentre, Cloud computing and transformational projects. As a part of the broader Professional Services department, the PMO collaborates closely with a highly skilled technical team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This collaborative approach allows us to tackle complex challenges and drive successful project outcomes.What youll be doing Lead endtoend delivery of a large, complex SDA project for a key customer.Plan and manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and governance.Oversee project financials, including forecasting, billing milestones, and budget adherence.Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including consultants, engineers, coordinators, partners, and third parties.Act as the primary customer and stakeholder contact, providing clear, timely updates and managing expectations.Manage project changes, risks, and issues through structured controls, RAID logs, and mitigation actions.Produce and maintain all required project documentation in line with our business methodology.Prepare and present regular status, financial, and risk reports to senior management.Drive effective communication across all internal and external stakeholders.Facilitate project meetings, reviews, and checkpoints to ensure alignment and progress.Ensure accurate progress tracking, reporting, and revenue/resource forecasting.Maintain logs, reports, and documentation on the agreed shared platform.Coordinate internal and external delivery resources to ensure seamless execution.Mentor and support project team members to foster collaboration and performance.Identify and present wellconsidered solutions, options, and impacts for decisionmaking.Proactively resolve project challenges and escalate when necessary.Support continuous improvement and adopt changes that enhance PMO processes.What experience we think youll need Experience of managing projects with budgets of 2 million+Networking, infrastructure, application deployment and IT experienceProven experience of delivering and leading complex and diverse IT projects and programmes to paying customers to time, cost and qualityKnowledge of service management best practicesHave a good command of all MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel for report generationPrevious project manager experience within a fast-paced IT technology environmentExperience taking full accountability for planning, structuring, leading, financial management of all assigned projectsExperience with taking full responsibility for managing entire project teamsExperience interacting with stakeholders at all levels courteously and efficiently to provide information and resolve problemsExperience with the creation of project documentationExperience with the presentation and communication of project documentation to board levelStrong understanding of the role of governance and ability to tailor to suit the requirements of the project / customerHave a strong understanding of the core technical competencies As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to building a team that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills. boxxe does not discriminate based on race, religion, colour, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
