Electrician - Temporary

Our client is seeking a fully qualified Electrician, preferably with experience in Voids unoccupied properties carrying out full rewires, fuse boards changes and monitoring of ventilation upgrades/systems. You will be working on domestic and social housing properties on a temporary assignment for up to 4 weeks, maybe longer.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.Start date - March - ASAP for up to 4 weeks' work.Location - covering social housing and domestic unoccupied/Voids properties in Newport and the surrounding areas.Must have own van, pay for your own fuel to jobs and have your own tools.Hours - 8 am-4 pm - Monday to FridayPay - Up to 220 per dayResponsibilitiesFull rewires , ventilation and aco monitoring systems (damp & moisture).Working in mainly voids/unoccupied propertiesSome reactive works potentially.Excellent attention to detail and a team playerVarious lighting upgradesExtractor fan replacements. xjdpvnf Test and inspectionRequirementsExperience with domestic properties (Ideally 6-7 years)Experience with full rewire installations and Ventilation systems.Qualifications requiredNVQ Level 318th EditionAM22391CSCS OR ECS Card
