This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional who enjoys handling a varied caseload in a collaborative, supportive office environment.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care and technical expertise throughout. Youll work closely with colleagues across the wider property department and benefit from a contemporary working environment with up-to-date systems and streamlined processes.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equityManaging files from initial instruction to post-completionProviding clear, timely advice to clients, estate agents, lenders and other third partiesDrafting and reviewing legal documents and contractsConducting title checks, raising enquiries and reporting on property mattersEnsuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirementsWorking effectively with support staff and contributing to a positive team cultureAbout YouAt least 2+ years experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner)Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervisionStrong communication skills with a client-focused approachHighly organised, proactive and detail-drivenEnjoy working in an office-based, collaborative xjdpvnf environmentComfortable using modern case management systemsWhats on OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceSupportive and modern working environmentOpportunities for progression as the department growsOn-site, office-based role with a contemporary, team-focused cultureHow to ApplyIf you're a dedicated conveyancing professional looking to join a modern and supportive Newport-based firm, Id love to hear from you.Please contact Hannah Williamson or submit your application belowfor a confidential discussion.
