MEP MANAGERNewportMajor Distribution Centre Projects (New Build Industrial)£70,000 £80,000 + packageImmediate requirementThe RoleWe are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to take ownership of mechanical and electrical delivery across two major new-build distribution centre projects.This is a critical technical leadership role, responsible for managing MEP subcontractors, coordinating interfaces with civils and structural teams, driving commissioning phases and ensuring quality and programme performance across all services packages.Key ResponsibilitiesFull management of MEP packages from design development through to commissioning and handoverCoordination of mechanical, electrical, fire, life safety, BMS and utility systemsManagement of MEP subcontractors, including procurement support and performance controlDriving commissioning strategies and phased handoversChairing technical and coordination meetingsManaging interfaces between structure, envelope and servicesReviewing designs for buildability and riskEnsuring compliance with statutory and safety standardsMonitoring programme, progress and quality of MEP worksKey RequirementsStrong background in MEP management on industrial, logistics, data or advanced manufacturing projectsExperience on shell & core and infrastructure-led schemesProven commissioning and handover experienceAbility to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholdersMain contractor or principal delivery backgroundRelevant mechanical or electrical qualifications preferredJBRP1_UKTJ
