If youre experienced in tyre fitting, brakes, and general fast-fit work and enjoy working in a busy, customer-focused environment this is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering high-quality service, and wants to be part of a workshop that values efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.The RoleAs a Fast Fit Technician, youll be responsible for:Fitting and replacing tyres, including wheel balancing and puncture repairs Carrying out brake replacements (pads and discs) Completing basic vehicle servicing and maintenance Performing vehicle safety checks and identifying additional work where required Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop Providing excellent customer service and professional advice Completing job cards and documentation accuratelyYoull work efficiently to deliver high-quality workmanship while following company procedures and health 'safety standards.What Were Looking ForYoull need:Previous experience in a fast-fit or tyre fitting environment Experience with tyres, brakes, batteries, and basic servicing Ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop A strong work ethic and positive attitude Good teamwork and communication skills A full UK driving licenceA Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or similar)Whats On Offer28,000 34,000 salary (experience dependent) Monthly performance-based bonus scheme Permanent, full-time position Supportive workshop with modern equipment Opportunities for training and career progression Company pension Employee discount Free/on-site parking Cycle to work scheme Workwear and PPE providedJBRP1_UKTJ
