Mental Health Support Worker

Mental Health Support WorkerKeystones are recruiting for a full time Mental Health Support Worker. We are looking for a warm, dedicated and skilled individual to join our dynamic multi-disciplinary team.We support adults living in our houses and move on flats in North Bristol. We work closely on individual care plans and goals to help service users achieve stability/recovery, connection and purpose.The role will involve working with service users to maximise independence, daily living skills, and facilitate positive change.
