Key responsibilities: Manage a diverse caseload including personal injury, medical negligence, and contractual disputes. Advocate for clients' rights and develop legal strategies. Negotiate settlements and represent clients effectively. Required experience and skills: Qualified solicitor with 1+ years experience in civil litigation, personal injury, or property litigation. Knowledge of relevant laws and legal precedents. Strong negotiation, advocacy, and communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and client rapport building. A passion for justice and positive client impact.
