This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and customer-focused professional to take ownership of the golf membership function, managing day-to-day operations, membership sales, renewals, and delivering exceptional experiences for members. Act as the main point of contact for golf members, ensuring outstanding levels of communication and customer service. Plan, organise, and deliver an annual calendar of golf competitions, events, and inter-club matches. Manage corporate memberships including tee-time bookings and administration of named individuals. Support budgeting processes and provide sales actions to ensure annual revenue targets are achieved. Lead membership committee meetings, produce accurate reports, and manage member feedback. Develop membership marketing materials and communications, including newsletters, welcome packs, and promotional content. Build and maintain excellent relationships with members, colleagues, and industry bodies. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and promote a culture of professionalism and service excellence. Requirements Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and revenue targets. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to plan and deliver multiple events and activities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong member relationships.
