Job DescriptionOperations Manager Newport, South WalesFull-time | 35,000 45,000 + Christmas BonusWe are a fast-growing, family-run business based in Wales, specialising in e-commerce primarily through Amazon, with plans to launch on TikTok Shop this year. Operating in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead and scale our operations.About the Role:As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business. Youll work closely with suppliers, transport companies, and internal teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operational activities across warehousing, logistics, and fulfilmentDrive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costsManage supplier and transport company relationshipsEnsure compliance with operational standards and regulationsPlan and implement new operational strategies and projectsSupport the successful launch of new sales channelsLead cost management initiatives and budget controlQualifications:3+ years of experience in a similar roleExperience in managing multi-channel e-commerce operations (ebay.Amazon, Shopify, Tiktok Shop)Proficiency with Microsoft OfficeStrong organizational and communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskComfort working with multiple groups within the businessAbout You:Were looking for someone with a strong track record in a fast-paced operational environment ideally within the parcel or logistics industry (though not essential). You should be a hands-on leader, confident in managing teams and processes, and excited to grow with a business that's scaling quickly.
