We actively strive to reduce our carbon footprint, invest in green initiatives, and embed sustainability into everything we do.Join us in driving meaningful change and making a lasting impact on the environmentAbout the roleThe Graduate Business Analyst will have responsibility for developing and optimising analytical solutions to improve the companys operating performance and will include, but is not limited to, the sales order planning and operational functions across all IQE sites.Working with key stakeholders across the business they will support capacity modelling activities and tactical scheduling of IQEs manufacturing sites for optimum efficiency and profitability. Working with Operations, Planning and Supply Chain departments to optimise execution of the site production schedules, they will be influential in providing information for Group level delivery, operational and financial targets.The Graduate Business Analyst will also participate in key internal meetings and communications concerning forecasting, working capital and delivery schedule updates whilst facilitating standard reporting protocols across the sites and functions whilst also working closely with the Operational Excellence team.Key responsibilities includeCommunicates results and findings to senior management.Extracts useful data and other valuable information to assist key business objectives.Designs and implements processes for data analysis, including standard reporting protocols across sites & functions.Maintains an understanding of business goals and operations.Provides guidance for the implementation of KPIs for key initiatives and optimisation projects.Provides inputs for operating and financial reports as required.Evaluates Business Unit forecasts and budget packs from a capacity perspectiveTo develop and maintain excel files that enable scenario modelling for mid to long term planning.Maintenance of master data tables that control long term planning process e.g. qualified raw materials, qualified tools, operational performance metrics.Assists in planning and coordinating new tool qualifications to satisfy long term capacity requirements.Facilitates the monthly SIOP pack that integrates the sales, production planning and forecasting processes.Works with the planning team to consolidate a Group level view of the near-term workflow and schedules.Assists in production risk assessments and mitigation activities.Evaluates and improves current planning processes, will provide key manager input to the design and implementation of an upgraded MES/Business Central system.About youDegree qualification or equivalent in relevant disciplineUnderstands MES/ERP systemsExcellent Data Analytic skillsSalesforce experience is highly beneficialProficient in ExcelExcellent verbal and written communication skills and great attention to detailWhy should you join us?All our employees benefit from:Long Term Incentive Plans (LTIPs)Professional Development and career pathwaysBonus plansAttractive pension plansIncome protection - Permanent Health Insurance (PHI)Long service awards 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 yearsValues-based recognition awardsHealth Cash Plan includes discounts with high street brandsCycle to work plan (includes E-bikes)Electric Car Scheme (salary dependent)Employee Assistance Programme (Free family, legal, financial and counselling support 24/7 Access to second medical opinion and unlimited access to a remote GP)Life assurance 4x salaryAccess to workplace Mental Health First Aiders/wellbeing roomsIQE is an equal opportunities employer that values diversity at all levels.
