Using research-driven, exploratory AI, we create real-time interactions that blend text, audio, and visuals.Role: Creative Writer / AI-Assisted Content WriterJoin our creative content team to help design and refine narrative content and dialogue for our virtual worlds.ResponsibilitiesWrite and refine in-game content: dialogues, quests, character backstories, world-building lore, mini-plots, personality profiles, etc.Collaborate with AI trainers and developers to ensure written content integrates smoothly with gameplay and interactive systemsReview, edit, and polish content for clarity, engagement, tone, and consistency with our world’s style and ethosProvide creative input and ideas for story arcs, character development, branching narratives, and immersive environmentsWork remotely with our global team to help shape authentic, immersive storytelling through languageAbout YouNative or fluent in EnglishStrong creative writing skills, with a passion for storytelling and world-buildingDetail-oriented, with a commitment to high-quality writing and consistencyAble to adapt to guidelines and style requirements while still contributing creative flairComfortable learning new tools and collaborating remotelyCommunicates feedback clearly and constructivelyPreferredBackground or interest in: fiction writing, creative writing, copywriting, game writing, narrative design, or similar fieldsFamiliarity or interest in psychology, human behaviour, philosophy, or topics that can deepen character and story realismInterest in games, interactive storytelling, immersive worlds — or willingness to explore these areasCompensation & ExpectationsHourly rate: ~ £20–£22 (equivalent to US $25; actual pay adjusted for exchange rate and individual qualifications)Flexible commitment: 20–40+ hours/week, based on your availability and scheduleExciting opportunities for bonuses, growth, and deeper creative involvement
