You will lead a team of 1-3 commercialization project managers with responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of an incredible pipeline of Innovation, Supply Optimization, Productivity, Promotions and Maintenance projects across our Monster, Affordable and Strategic Brand portfolio into our rapidly growing, high traffic EMEA region.Key Responsibilities:Project ManagementLead complex, multi-market NPD programmes from concept to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving innovation, optimization, and productivity across EMEA.Team LeadershipManage and mentor a team of project managers, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery while supporting performance, growth, and career development.Quality & Problem-SolvingAudit and maintain project excellence, address deviations, and provide clear options analysis for effective decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.Stakeholder RelationshipsBuild trusted relationships with commercial, operational, and external partners to align objectives, resolve challenges, and drive collaboration across diverse markets.Process ImprovementStreamline and optimize commercialization processes, championing continuous improvement and efficiency gains across the department.Data & ReportingLeverage data to monitor project performance, produce actionable insights, and deliver clear, regular reporting on key milestones and outcomes.Strategic ContributionSupport NPD leadership with insights and recommendations to shape departmental strategy, while fostering an engaged, motivated, and high-performing team culture.About You:Proficiency in Project Management: Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as the demonstrated ability to lead project teams, and deliver projects within a stage and gate process.Team Management: Experience of managing a team of 1-3 people, providing direction, motivation, and support to achieve their project and career development goals.End-to-End NPD Project Delivery Knowledge.
