Job Role – Business Analyst – Data & AnalyticsReporting to the Business Partnering Manager the Business Analyst will serve as a critical link between information technology capabilities and business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both IT and business practices and will work to ensure that our technology solutions align with the company's overall strategy and goals. Duties – Business Analyst – Data & AnalyticsRequirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business requirements for IT projects and initiatives.Business Process Analysis: Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.Technical Liaison: Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements and technical specifications.Data Analysis: Perform data analysis to support business case development, project scoping, and performance measurement.Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and user manuals.Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to validate that IT solutions meet the business requirements.
