Self-Employed Heating Engineers Service & Repair Contract Location: NP Postocde Contract: POBL Housing Association Pay: Up to 275/day + Call-Out Rates Start Date: Immediate Contract Length: Ongoing Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading national heating contractor, working within the local authority sector. They are seeking experienced, self-employed heating engineers to join an ongoing service and repair contract with a local Housing Association in South Wales. The Role: Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Checks and central heating repairs (all parts supplied). Work within a small local radius. Minimum commitment of 3 days per week (MondayFriday). Pre-booked appointments managed via the clients PDA system. Full PPE and kit provided. Long-term, ongoing contract. Rates & Payment: 250/day (8 am 5 pm). Optional Call-Out: 1 week in 4 550/week or 50 per weeknight, 150 per weekend day. Payment Terms: Weekly, 1 week in arrears. Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a qualified heating engineer. Current ACS qualifications, including CKR1 & HTR1. Own van and tools. Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser. 2m Public Liability Insurance. Valid DBS check (dated within 12 months).
