Recruitment Account Manager

Job post summary Pay: 50,000.00-80,000.00 per year Job description: Swift Recruit are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultant to run a large national desk of 400-600 drivers. We have developed an industry-leading training plan and best-in-class technology to help you build your career. Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 17:00 pm 50000 - OTE 80,000 Duties will include : Manage and develop relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, resolving queries and providing tailored recruitment solutions. Source, screen, and place professional drivers across a variety of roles (HGV, LGV, van, specialist). Ensure all driver compliance checks are carried out in line with UK legislation and company policy. Work closely with operations and compliance teams to maintain service delivery and driver availability. Identify opportunities to grow accounts and increase revenue through effective relationship management. Provide regular updates, reporting, and forecasting to senior management. Requirements Extensive experience in driving recruitment/account management (minimum 3-5 years in a senior recruitment role). Strong knowledge of UK driver compliance and transport regulations. Proven ability to manage high-volume accounts in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Target-driven with strong commercial awareness. Full UK driving licence (preferred).
