Project Manager (Full End to End Engineering / Manufacturing Lifecycle) Location: Newmarket, Suffolk Salary: 40,000 60,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Companywide Bonus Scheme Contract: Permanent The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Project Engineer / Manager to take full ownership of engineering and manufacturing projects from concept through to completion. You will lead client projects end-to-end, beginning with initial client engagement, progressing through design and manufacture, and culminating in final installation and handover. This is a highly autonomous role offering genuine responsibility and the chance to make a significant impact within a growing business. The Role Manage full lifecycle engineering and manufacturing projects Liaise directly with clients from initial enquiry through to installation Oversee design, production, and delivery stages Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Travel to client sites as required The Candidate To be successful in this role, you will have: A mechanical engineering qualification (HNC, HND, or Degree) Proven experience managing engineering or manufacturing projects from start to finish Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment (desirable) Working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor (advantageous) Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel The right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available) Why Apply?
