Job Description Have you experience as a Lettings Consultant and want to work with a highly regarded Property Group Then look no further and read onThis Property Group have built up a reputation for delivering world class service to their professional Landlords and Tenants and they have achieved this by employing only the very best people who care about their customers and clients.They have a substantial portfolio of managed residential properties across Newmarket and are looking for an additional Lettings Consultant to join their successful team.The Lettings Consultant offer:Basic salary 27,000 - 28,000pa depending on experienceHours of work: 8.35am 5.30pm (close promptly) Monday to FridayNo Saturday working26 days holidays plus Bank Holidays you are not asked to work any Bank HolidaySuperb BenefitsProgression opportunities available for the right person who wishes to grow their career within Property Management.The Lettings Consultant role includes:-Communicating with clients, landlords and tenants on a daily basisEnsure all legislation is met before each let - EPC, legionnaires, gas safety, electrical safety, smoke and monoxide detectorsArranging viewings and diary management, and assisting with property visitsAttending viewingsReferencing prospective tenants, checking ID and conducting immigration checksCreating Tenancy Agreements and move in documentsDealing with telephone, email, website and face to face enquiries on a day to day basis.Negotiating move-in datesManagement of property keys for contractors and clientsDealing with basic property management (e.g annual safety certificates and general maintenance)General administration support for the teamThe Lettings Consultant Person:Confident and enjoy dealing with and meeting new people, as this is a customer facing roleShow an awareness of others roles, responsibilities and requirements when carrying out workAccurate and thorough approach with the ability to apply set proceduresAbility to organise your workload and meet multiple deadlinesStrong communication skills, both written and verbalBe a motivated team member and also have the ability to use your own initiativePassion to provide a high level of client care and demonstrate the firms shared valuesComfortable working towards agreed objectivesAbility to make decisions within defined procedures / legislationFull driving licence and use of own vehicle which is covered by business insurance.If you are interested in the Lettings Consultant role please do not hesitate, APPLY TODAY and submit your CV.Our property Recruitment Solutions for Business team are available for a confidential chat and will respond within 12-24 hours of your CV application.We guarantee complete discretion, call today and talk in confidence to one of our Property Recruitment experts.Please be advised, if you do not have the experience required in the job description your application will not be considered.
