East Sussex solicitors practice which can trace its roots back to the early 1900s seeks a Private Client lawyer, Paralegal, CILEX or Solicitor to join busy Private Client department (full or part-time considered ) You will be joining this 6 Partner practice dealing with Private Client and Elderly Client matters mainly for local Sussex based individuals/families. The firms private Client department of 14 staff deals with the drafting of Wills/LPAs, handles Probate & Estate matters, Trusts, Deputyship/Court of Protection work and provides advice on Estate Planning. The successful individual will be joining a small office team working closely alongside one of the firms experienced Probate Solicitors, you must be IT literate and have experience using Case management systems although some support can be provided.
